E: 3 mile run. Will do abs/toning tonight.
B: Banana (2) Oatmeal (2) english muffin (1). I'll spread this out throughout the morning. I pretty much eat all day.
L: Rice Cakes (1) bagel with pb (4)
S: popcorn (2) frozen limeade (1)
D: filet mignon (7) cottage cheese (1)
