I've been doing okay on both food and exercise I suppose - not as much cardio as I probably should be doing but oh well. I have lost 2 lbs, so I must not be doing too badly.
B: Shredded wheat, banana, coffee, hardboiled egg white
L: Nectarine, 2 soy corndogs, diet coke, hardboiled egg white
S: FF oatmeal cookie, plum
D: Black bean enchiladas (corn tortillas, no cheese), salad
E: abs/arms/legs/butt, and 30 min walk

Guys, I was so bad last week. I went to the gym like once and I pretty much ate whatever I wanted. I need to stick to this hard core this week.
E: strength training and stability ball.
B: Rice Krispie treat (2), oatmeal (2)
S: 100 cal south beach bar (2)
L: baked doritos (3) subway turkey sand (5)

E: none probably except for a 30 min. walk with the dog, I was supposed to go to the gym today but I didn't bring any money for parking....oh the excuses I can come up with the justify it :)
