help me fill my netflix queue

i feel like i'm about 5 years behind on my movies and i just signed up for netflix to help me catch up. anyone have any "must see" movies that i can add to my list? my husband an i both prefer offbeat and even odd to a mainstream blockbuster, but i'm really just looking for good films from the past 5 years or so.
