Cut out ALL carbs for at least two weeks and exercise, alternating strength training days and cardio days. Then reintroduce good carbs only. Oh, and you can eat dairy carbs in moderation. And drink only water, no sodas or juices. This is what I did when I lost all my weight and I'm pretty sure I lost at least that much in a month. Good luck! (This is for your wedding, right?)
I don't have any tips... but do you not fit into your dress now? Can you get a shaper undergarment or something to tuck and suck everything in? That's what I'd do because I'm lazy. I don't think it could make the difference that losing 15 lbs might, but it could help if you don't quite make it

I lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks with my own half-assed version of Adkins (I'm veggie, so I can't do zero carbs in the course of a day). And, I wasn't exercising.
Also, try to spread out your calories over 5-6 meals. That way when you are cutting down on your calories your body doesn't leap to a starvation mode so quickly.
If you exercise and eat well, you can totally do it.
i think it's definitely doable! just keep your eyes on the ultimate goal. i agree with everyone else cut out carbs and increase cardio! try kickboxing my new favorite workout. i myself need to drop at least 15lbs by thanksgiving.
Karina, dink water...ton and tons and TONS of water. It helps break down toxins and fat and flush any water you might be retaining. I know it sounds counter productive but I swear it works!
