So, I purchased 2 cashmere sweaters and a pair of jeans on friday morning and then feeling the guilt, I canceled them at about 4:00pm that afternoon.
I got a shipping confirmation today.
So I called and the customer service told me that because it was already in process that she couldn't cancel it, that I would have to open the package, return it with a note saying that I tried to cancel it. That totally would not have rectified the situation. I was just imagining paying for the shipping, seeing it still on my credit card because it was a final sale.
So I asked for a manager, and she fixed it. But I am a stickler for CS, and I can't believe I had to jump through hoops to get this taken care of!
