B: kashi go lean crunch with 1/2 c skim and 1/2 c blueberries
L: grilled chicken breast with salsa, 1/2 c corn, mixed berry thick and creamy yogurt
D: potato soup w/ bacos and cheese, grilled cheese and ham, and cherries
B: ww waffle & 2T peanut butter
L: Garden Salad w/Chicken Breast & 3T lf ranch

Here we go. As promised, I will do this too (and by the way, I am the eating out queen-today it was Panera):
-Whole wheat bagel w/lowfat cream cheese (just a little) Panera

-Half Panera Greek Salad
-Half onion soup

-Turkey sandwich at home
-A cup or so of Raisin Bran cereal (no milk) for a snack
Worked out once in the morning for 40 minutes then again at night for another 40 minuets on the ellipitical at the gym.
