Good morning! How did everyone do this weekend? I'm kind of proud of myself because I could have been really bad (we went to a birthday party on Sat night, and got Burger King for lunch and Italian for dinner on Sunday) but I stayed within my point range.
Anyway, here we go....I hate Mondays!
E: Monday is my rest day because my long run day is Sunday. I did do light strength training though.
B: Coffee, WW English Muffin (1 pt), lower sugar peaches and cream oatmeal (2 pts)
S: Yogurt (1 pt)
L: Turkey Sandwich (3 pts), pretzels (2 pts)
D: Bacon Ranch Salad with grilled chicken from McD's. I brought it home and used the Kraft Light Done Right Ranch dressing. It's really good (7 pts)
then I always cave and get fruit snacks @ the gym so I'll pass out after my workout. =3WWpts (which now that I write that is stupid bc I work out and get 5 pts then immidiately eat 3. gotta revisit that).
my weekend was a disaster. no comment. today is a new day/week.
