Ugh! The saggy bikini bottoms are what really emphasize her illness. It's such a shame that no one can get her the help she so desperately needs.

I really think that comment is just in poor taste - wondering if someone's going to die soon. She obviously has a problem and it's really sad.

Anyway, I don't understand why more people aren't stepping in to help her AND why there's so many girls, fans, and even people in Hollywood who are saying she looks great. I was reading something Gweneth Paltrow wrote about how Nicole is so cute and she loves her look. Just seems like such a bad message to send to little girls.

Uhhh, yeah. An eating disorder is a serious illness and that was really an awful thing to say.

I can't understand why her father or someone else close to her is not getting her help when it is so obvious she needs it. That is just sad that noone is staging some sort of intervention!!

I've seen statements that her father has made about getting her help, but yeah, I'm surprised nothing more drastic has been done, like putting her in some kind of nutritional spa/facility that I'm sure exists somewhere.

(I think it was the Superficial who posted pictures of her eating pizza before, and I couldn't help but wonder if she only did it in front of a photographer so people would stop talking about her eating or lack thereof.)
