I usually start at epicurious. It's the online site for Gourmet and Bon Appetit. I like their search options a lot and I tend to trust their recipes more than those on other random sites. They have user reviews there too.

Other sites that I use:
Vegetarian Times
Martha Stewart
Real Baking with Rose, a well organized site in blog format by the author of The Cake Bible
Cooking Light

Yes, Epicurious is the best! It is this great comprehensive database of recipes that range from simple to sophisticated, and it has all the recipes from Gourmet, Bon Appetit, Self and many other leading foodie magazines and cookbooks. The user rating suggestions are the best -- everything has fork ratings and comments -- and it really helps you figure out what is the best thing that you can make with say, that stack of lentils or pound of ground turkey that you have hanging around. I've made so many things from there that have wowed my friends. Highly recommended!

I have found some of the best recipes on the weight watchers weekly emails and on dotties weight loss zone.  You can use the full fat variety of ingredients if you want but when you use the low fat stuff you would think you were eating full fat stuff.  If you want I can send you a bunch of the recipes I've gotten from there and some that Laken has puleld from there.  Just pm me your email.
