I was just reading the summer post and was like, "oh, shopchicago and christine are friends?" I didn't know. It made me curious which of us are friends IRL, and who we introduced to the forum.


Kittenheels and I are good friends from college, and I am responsible for getting her hooked on stylethread!

wow! I had no idea.


My sisters post here occasionally (emery and cali). And I met up with KE last year only to discover that she and her husband are good friends with my parents!

Yep, Metric and I "now" know eachother and Erin and I have met as well. Other than that, I haven't met anybody else nor do I know anybody in real life.

Misty & I met through this board. She's great!

BTW TX girls - we had drinks last week & decided a TX get together was for sure in order, even if we have to come to Austin. So stay tuned. (not to make this thread a TX planning session though - pls pm me or we'll start another thread in general chat)

And I introduced Seashells to the forum. We used to work together.

yup.. i hung out with bex in the spring before i moved away from ohio (as well as chance encounters when i worked at anthro-although we didn't know it at the time!) - she was great! and i got a great haircut on her recommendation!


that's all though.. everyone else i know thinks i'm insane for posting on a fashion forum!
