They have the best custumer service. A couple of months ago I bought shoes and they went on sale twice. I was able to get the price adjustment both times. They said they usually offer it as a one time thing, but they still gave it to me. I was only going to wear the shoes once for a wedding and didn'tr want to pay as much.
Anyway, I bought the Steve Madden Bunni at $73 about a month ago, and just recently tried them on again. They were too loose. I wanted to get them a size smaller, but the price went up to $83! I asked if i can exchange them still and get the same price. They honored it! They even sent out the shoes before I got a chance to return the bigger ones.
Zappos is fine, but their "free shipping" is a bit of a joke. The shipping costs are just added in the price of the shoes. They're not stupid, they're making money.
For example: Zappos had the Kenzie Stunner regularly priced at 82.95 with free shipping, while Lori's Shoes has the same shoes for 68.00 and shipping is about $6-7.

Zappos will price match, though, if that store (or any other store) has your size in stock. I say they're awesome.

I've been noticing this too lately. It makes me mad as no other site has my size in stock so I can't qualify for the price match.
