if i have been ebaying heavily, i'll slowly bring out the packages. but things like jewelry he usually doesn't notice so i don't bother hiding but i don't show him either. he knows i work hard, and i contribute heavily to my 401k and IRA so it doesn't really bother him unless it's shoes. he thinks i have waaaaaaaaay too many shoes and i have a hard time storing them as it is.

My answer was no until last night. I was really done w/work and didn't want to pick up DD and go home and pick up, etc. So I went straight to ON and Marshalls after work. I swore I would only be there for an hour, but it turned into 2.
DH called me at about 7 and I told him I was "driving" to pick up DD and go home. When I pulled in the garage, DH comes out to help me w/DD and I remembered I had 2 shopping bags next to her seat. I immediately jump out of the car, throw the bags to the other side of the car and cover them w/a blanket. He would have been really mad if he found out I was shopping instead of working late.
This morning I came clean and slowly brought out the bags and he wasnt mad at all, he just thought I was crazy.
