How to use guacamole

I am obsessed with guac. I eat it with tortilla chips, plain. But I also like it:

-with turkey sandwiches, on whole grain, instead of mayo

-rolled in a burrito with grilled chicken, black beans & cheese

-with tortillas & melted cheese (quesadilla)

Not very creative, but I'd honestly eat it with anything.

You can also use it as salad dressing.

I love guac too. I also use it in my tacos, pitas, sometimes I dip tomatoes in it too. Honestly though, I could eat it by the spoonful...sick, I know.

I love guacomole! I normally eat it with tortilla chips but I put it on my hamburgers with some extra slices of onion. Hubby says it's nasty but it's sooooooo good!

It's good dipped onto a grilled cheese

with veggies instead of a ranch dip

on a salad of romaine, veggie burger, cheese, tomatoes, sunflower seeds and ranch dressing. (also, just avocado slices are good for this salad)

as a spread on just about every sandwich and as a topper to everything mexican. The avocado is one of my favorite foods.

when ever my dad grills some chicken and meat outside on the grill we usually make guacamole.
