I'm back in. I have no clue as to what I'm eating but I'll keep up as I go. I hate not having a plan. Lost nearly a pound this week which is a miracle since I haven't been trying, but that's only 2 pounds in the past 3 (ish) weeks so I need to step it up big time.
B: bacon - 2 pts (that is seriously all I had time to fix this morning) L: Roast beef with pepper jack cheese on 35 bread - 4 pts S: FF choc pudding cup - 1 pt D: 2 pork chops, 1 cup brussell sprouts (which incidentally I haven't had in forever & were surprisingly yummy).
ETA: my true confessions? I only drank MAYBE 10 oz of water & zero exercise.
