i just read the most interesting articles on lack of sleep being related to weight gain. i think the first article i read was in msn but when i googled "lack of sleep weight gain", i didn't find the article i'd initially read but i did find these:
anyway, what do you guys think? there are always so many theories on weight gain/loss but i'd never heard of the lack of sleep one before. intuitively, it makes sense to me because i've noticed that i look and feel better when i'm getting my eight hours of sleep. but then again when i'm not getting enough sleep, there's usually a reason for it (work, stress, whatever) and that same reason affects my eating and exercising habits so maybe it's all related? still, all the more reason to make sure to get beauty rest!
