ok, ladies...back on track...I've been slacking off lately, and after trying on clothes yesterday, I need to get back on track for the fall...and a beach visit in the next month.

B: Eggbeaters and Turkey Bacon
Snack: Almonds
Lunch: BLT wrap
Snack: Yogurt
Dinner: Turkey Meatballs and Spaghetti
E: today is my rest day, but over the weekend, I ran and worked out with my trainer.
L: Forgot to bring something so I'm not quite sure. Probably a grilled chicken sandwich (plain) and a side salad from McD's.
S: 100 cal pack
D: Filet Mignon, salad, baked potato
E: 20 min stairmaster, 25 min treadmill, and 30 min elliptical. I can't help it, I'm a cardio junkie. Tonight I'll probably workout with my PUSH video or iSculpt....I don't do nearly enough for toning/strength because I like cardio so much. I need to work on this.
