l- salad, maybe i'll pick something up from whole foods on my way home from the gym
s- smoothie w/ protein powder
d- sushi, two glasses of wine (maybe 3)
e- run 3 miles, elliptical for 30 minutes. 30 minute r/t walk from the gym, i might walk to the lake today/or walk around shopping.

L: Wendy's BLT salad. Did you know that b*tch has 46g of fat? Wtf? Definitely should have evaulated nutritional information before ingesting and purchasing...

D: well, given the circumstances of the stupid Wendy's salad (did I mention I went there for the spinach salad only to be told they weren't selling it anymore and I had to make a split decision? ugh!), I'll probably have a salad at the restaurant we're going to tonight. I'm avoiding meat for the next few days though. I'm still grossed out by the so-called chicken on the lunch salad. Now I remember why I hate fast food. Bad food day. Bad.
