l- ice cream because i went to bed and woke up with a sore throat
s- smoothie if i get off my bottom to make one.
d- ??? ice cream?
e- nothing. i've felt groggy ALL DAY. i can't even be bothered to walk 50 ft. to get the mail.

I avoided yall yesterday because I went to a work lunch at a seafood restaurant and had grilled shrimp with a cream sauce and amaretto bread pudding (fab-o!!!) but I did work out to make up for it.
B: kashi go lean crunch with blueberries and skim milk (3pts) L: chicken noodle soup and yogurt (6pts) D: rice and sasauge (8pts) salad (4pts)
E: 30 mins running on treadmill and then weights - legs, chest & back (60ish minutes)
On a side note, I've been lifting weights and doing 30 mins of cardio with following WW for the most part and I swear I'm feeling fatter now than before the heavy exercise and counting points. Plus the bloat sucks. Anyone know if this will go away/change? I've heard from others your clothes get tighter when you first exercise because you are building muscle under the fat and haven't burned it all off so its pushing the fat out. Any truth to this??
