If the phone interview is successful, do they typically ask you to come in for an in-person interview at the end of the call? I just got done with the interview, and they didn't ask me to come in. Is this a horribly bad sign? or is there hope?
The job I am now I had a phone interview and then a few days later they called me to come in for an interview. The person that did the phone interview may not be the person in charge of the real interview. Usually they have someone screen candidates and then that person goes back to the supervisor and says yes or no and then the supervisor sets up an onsite. There is still plenty of hope!

I agree- there's still hope! They may just be treating it as a "normal" first round and will call back after they've spoken with all of the candidates.
