For the first time and I have to say that it kicked my ass! I died after 3 sprints. I thought my heart was going to explode. But that's good, right? I'm so proud because I've been saying I was going to do it for ages and I finally did it.
Plus, I almost backed out because there were a bunch of people at the track last night and I just knew they'd all be laughing at me but I sucked it up and did it anyway. (How egomaniacal am I think everyone will be watching me?)
So my question is how many sprints are you supposed to do in one session? Any advice on how to up my number of sprints?

also jen if you see this, is it possible to do HIIT on flights of stairs? There are these looong flights of stairs in santa monica (for the LA girls, i'm talking about the ones off 4th st) that are outdoors and people jog up and down them to get a workout and i wondered if it's possible to do HIIT on them? and if so, how exactly?
