E- arms, abs, elliptical 60 minutes, incline walking 30 minutes, 30 minute r/t walk to the gym. i did a ton of cardio because when i got to the gym, i realized the cubs game was on, and since it was close, i didn't want to leave and miss something.

Ha! I've done the same thing before but with the Astros. I went through a period where I would schedule my workout times around the games, so I'd stay longer.

E: none. I suck but a friend is having a get-together right after work, so I'm opting for fun vs. work. Figures.
