I recently bought some shoes at Aldo.com and first of all,it took them almost a month to arrive. WTF?
Then, I get my credit card statement in the mail yesterday and they charged me THREE TIMES for the shoes. I call today to try to clear things up and I was on hold forever as they searched and searched through databases, etc.
About 45 minutes later they found the issue and credited my card back...but seriously..if I hadn't have been looking closely at my statement, I never would have noticed and I would have been out $300!
OK..Aldo REALLY sucks. I just checked my credit card statement and they never took off the two extra times they charged me even though they SAID they would.
I just called and they said they'd do it again and to check again in 5-7 business days. I told them to please send me an email saying they were doing this and they said they would...STILL NO EMAIL!!
