Does anyone have any recs for really great business (self-help style) books that have really helped you?  I am really looking for books that will help me in my field (which involves marketing and management)...tia!

I haven't read it, but my boss loves a book called "The Fred Factor," which is about management.

this year i've read
"the purple cow" and "the popcorn report"


the "popcorn report" is outdated by about 10 years but it is really interesting to still read b/c the woman who wrote it made a bunch of forecasts about marketing and most of them have come true...
