Has anyone had a bad experience with Overstock CS or cancellation? I am really nervous - ordered a bed this weekend from them. Until I actually placed the order didn't know that they would take 4-6 weeks to ship it!!! I really need the bed now!
Today I gave in to my discomfort - not sure if its just ordering something so large from an online store or what but just checked to see how I could cancel and I read a bunch of terrible reviews on how bad CS was about returns or cancellations and that kind of thing.
Now I am really very anxious... please tell me your Overstock CS experiences.
I once ordered my mom a down comforter from them for Christmas. When I received the product it was defective (can't remember the exact problem) and I called for help. The CS agent gave me free return shipping and since they were sold out of that item she gave me a free upgrade to the next style and rushed shipping so I could get it in time for Christmas. I was very happy with my experience with them. It all worked out great.
