How's it going, everyone? I did my body fat percentage today at the gym, and I am at 16%. I wanted to get down to 15, so I'm almost there!
B: granola bar (running late)
S: almonds
L: grilled chicken and spinach with balsmaic vinegar and olive oil
S: Peanut butter protein balls
D: Grilled flank steak and sweet potato
E: 1 hour with trainer

B: oatmeal with banana and koolaid (5pts)
L: lean pocket (5pts) and yogurt (2 pts)
S: pickles (0pts), misc (2pts), and starbucks (2pts)
D: shrimp stirfry (5 or 6 pts)
E: 30 mins cardio and 20 mins weights (I just restarted weights last night )

It's like a home made protein bar for when I need a quick snack or a really quick sweets craving cure:)
3/4 cup natural PB
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup raw old fashioned oats
1 scoop of protein powder
You mix it all together and form about 18 portions, about 1 tablespoon each. They are about 100 calories per serving.
