Anytime I post it wont let me out of the thread unless I refresh or click stylethread site home page.

hmmm. I'm not having that problem. have you deleted your cookies and deleted all temporary internet files (including offline?)

I have always had to constantly refresh to get in and out of threads/sections and to see new posts.  Maybe just depends on the browser you're using ...
