I'll start todays. Day 4, South Beach. I'm getting a little bored with the same old foods but other than that, it's okay. The weekend should be better because I'll get to go out a little more.
B: 2 eggs with reduced fat cheese
S: rf cheese stick
L: turkey chili with beans (98% ff)
S: rf cheese stick and/or almonds
D: sushi!! yea!! (no rice though)
E: none. I've slacked off so much this week! My workout buddy is in trial all week and I'm still sore from a recent fall off the bed in the middle of the night (don't ask) and various sporting events over the weekend. Sad, I know. But next week, hopefully back on track.
Brunch - ham sandwich & pickles L: - Little Debbie swiss rolls- i have no clue as to what is wrong with me! D: grilled filet, boiled potatoes & brocolli

i have 4 pounds to my goal and i've been eating more then ever before - i don't know what is wrong w/ me. so i'm going to join this thread to hold myself accountable :)
We've been trying new dinner recipes lately and I haven't cared for a couple very much, so consequently I've lost another pound or so because I've not been eating all my dinner.
B: Coffee, oatmeal
S: Yogurt
L: Veggie sushi roll
S: Apple
D: homemade veggie soup, some WW baguette
E: walking to the grocery store for said WW baguette, sweating bullets over FH's job
