Which knives?
Permalink Closed

I still don't really have much knives.  I returned the ones I got a month ago because the handles were really cheap and looked dull after I washed them.

I can't tell what the handles on the second set are made of.  If its all stainless steel go with them. Otherwise I'd go with #1 because you can see the knife goes from tip to tip.  You can see the metal through the back of the handle which is important.  Knifes without this can break.  My parents have steak knives like that and they ended up breaking over the years since the metal is glued to the handle.  I don't know much about kitchenaid for knives but I know the other brand is well known.

Oh, I ordered the 2nd set since putting them through a dishwasher is a must.
