Happy May Day ! I am back on the bandwagon this week - still a little stuffy from the cold I had all weekend, but I'm going to power through! I even bought a set of hand weights this weekend - I had been using fives but upgraded to eights.
B: Coffee, oatmeal w/1 Tbsp of ground flaxseed
S: 1/2 C cottage cheese, banana
L: Homemade salmon patty over spinach salad, apple, carrots, tea
S: 1/4 C blueberries, small handfull of sunflower seeds, tea
