Well, I was up at the scale today. The WW leader said it's probably because I'm not eating enough, not eating all my activity points, my flex points, etc. So fine. I'm going to try eating more this week. It's a challenge. And so far, I'm doing excellently.
B: pb sandwich (4 points)
L: fruit salad from McDonalds without the yogurt and w/o the walnuts (3 points); pb sandwich (4 points)
S: cookie (2 points)
S2: cinnamon roll here at work (5 points)
D: not sure yet I'm thinking homemade nachos with lots of lettuce and tomatoes

Oh and the leader said to cut back on exercise. Ha! I'm not going to follow that rec but I will try to eat more. Yea! More bad stuff! And salads of course. Lots of salads.
Evil forces are plotting against my exercise! Last week my knee was giving me serious trouble, then earlier this week my toe started killing me (though I think it will be better tomorrow), but now all of the sudden my throat is really swollen and it hurts. Bah! So much for losing weight for my dress fitting .
