L: turkey breast (.5) in a FF tortilla (1) with cream cheese (.5) and lettuce, goldfish creackers (2)
S: WW 1 point smores bar (1)
D: shrimp grilled with garlic and lime (3-4?), rice and beans (3), grilled peppers and onions (1)
E: either a long walk or a strength DVD depending on the weather.
B: Cinnamon bagel w/ honey walnut cream cheese (oops! ), OJ
S: White tea
L: Leftover shish kabob w/ couscous
S: Yogurt
D: Big salad of some sort

Ha! I lost 3 lbs last week (courtesy of my new BC pills) and didn't go to the gym once! Whee!
