E: was planning on going for 4.5 mile walk but it's raining so I'm not sure now. I might change my rest day (Friday) to Thursday and do it tomorrow since I don't have any big plans for tomorrow night.
B: ham sandwich (4 pts) & pickles (0) L: toast w/ ICBINB (1 pt) & pepperoni (2 pts) - very random i realize but i was still hungry! D: Cricket's balsamic chicken kinda - trying to make it less points, corn on the cob or some green thing like beans or something
E: walking down to Big Lots because DH has my car (his is in the shop) & I need a few things - that counts right? it's probably 1 mile away!

B: oatmeal, eggbeaters, and 1 oz grilled chicken L: a client took me to a Mongolian BBQ place for lunch, I wasn't too bad. I had shrimp with lots of veggies and rice and lemon and chili garlic sauce. S: Blueberry & Green Tea Frap, no whip, from Starbucks D: Grilled chicken salad
E: 3 mile run, 1 hour session with personal trainer
