Woohoo, I love Cabo.

Let's see, for eating I recommend Las Quesadillas.  It's on the main road through town, on the corner of the main road and a little side road that leads to the supermarket.  You can see it from El Squid Roe.

For bars, I recommend Giggling Marlin or Cabo Wabo.  El Squid Roe is very well-known, but it's full to the rafters with stupendously trashed and trashy 18-yr olds.

Stuff to do during the day:  The main beach is Playa El Medano.  You can bargain and get pretty good deals on parasailing ($30) and jetskiing ($60 for an hour).  You can take a water taxi to Lover's Beach, but it's really hard to get in and out of the taxi once you're there (very easy to hurt yourself) and there's NOTHING to do once you're out there.  I recommend just taking the water taxi for a look at it, but don't get out there.  I enjoy sitting in the lounge chairs in front of Billygan's.  The staff is very friendly and attentive there, the food is yummy, and the drinks are good.
