D: ww pasta and tomato sauce with loads of veggies; possibly cauliflower mashed potatoes if that goes well - I know they don't go but I don't care.
E: spin class - this will be my 4th day in a row of serious working out, not just going for a half hour walk or something (and yes, I consider spin classes serious working out ). i'm hoping to make it 5 days in a row tomorrow with another 4-5 mile walk. yea!
D: Skirt steak sliced thin on a salad w/ raw fennel, carrot, red onion, toasted pinenuts, goat cheese, red bell pepper, glass of red wine, 1 chocolate cookie
