About 11 days ago, I sold a dress on ebay, and then shipped it using a USPS priority mail label printed from PayPal. I kept checking its delivery status on the PayPal site and it kept showing up as just "electronic information received," with no confirmation that it had been delivered. I emailed the buyer to see if she has it, and she said no. So, I contacted PayPal to see if they could help. Any advice on these kinds of situations? TIA!
I would just wait it out a little longer and contact the post office if the status doesn't change. Maybe the post office could help track it down if you have a delivery confirmation number....
