Back on the bandwagon this week! I hate HORRIBLY all weekend and am currently up two pounds. Sooooooooooooo....not good.

I didn't go to the gym once last week. We did go for walks every evening, but apparently that's not good enough! My bicepts are sore from thrifting yesterday, if that counts !

S: Apple, f/f cottage cheese
D: Baked tilapia, asparagus, brown rice, 2 pieces dark chocolate
E: 30 min modified HIIT workout, free weights, abs, lunges

stretching it thin today b/c ran out of food, but today is payday - grocery store tonight - hurrah!!
