I passed! I passed! I passed!  I am now a nationally certified fitness instructor! Before I was just certified through my college but now I can teach any place in the United States! I studied for a coouple months and spent hours practicing my rountines. The test day lasted a good 6 hours and was very intense. I'm SO happy that all that hard work paid off. Yay!

Thanks guys! I actually signed up for the program then they send you study material a couple months in advance. They day of the test, you have to show the instructor strength moves, stretches, and a cardio workout. They grade you on all that then you take the 100 question test.
