Bar Results Today...

The results for who passed the bar exam our up on our State's Bar Examiner's website! There are some very good students that I went to school with that did NOT pass! I have to take it in July...this really scares me! How horrifying to have the results posted for the entire world to see that your name is missing! I would have a complete meltdown! I have a huge knot in my stomach now!

I have never taken the bar but I can understand your nervousness.  I just finished taking the CPA exam and only passed 1 part and have to start retaking it next month.  Just prepare yourself the best you can and don't stress yourself out.  Stress does not help believe me!  You will be ok and besides as you can see not everyone passes the first time around and it will be ok.

I TOTALLY understand. I take it next July and don't even want to think about it. I'm nervous now just waiting for the MPRE results. I've heard the Florida passage rate is 60%... fabulous!

Ah, the MPRE!  Florida has a high requirement for that test.  I think its an 85, right?  I made an 84 on it...with VERY LITTLE preparation.  I think that is good enough for every state except Florida and Texas.  Luckily, Oklahoma's requirement is like 70-75 or something ridiculously low.

Virginia also requires an 85 on the MPRE, and after I finished, I was sure I had totally shanked it.  My score was better than I expected, though, so that's one hurdle behind me at least.
