Hmm Blubirdie I used my Dotties Desktop calculator to figure out the points. Maybe they don't cap the fiber in the calculator?? I know they use to not cap fiber so you could have even lower point values. I like 3 so I'm sticking with that

E: I've been working around the house for a good chunk of the day just finishing painting the bookshelf and then reassembling it. I've done some arm weights and I'll do some squats and situps too.
