I'm thinking of ordering the Windsor Pilates Basic Sculpting Circle Series, I have the Denise Austin DVD, but her voice gets on my nerves, plus the sound is horrible, it sounds like it was made in the 70s.
i'll admit that i got it and HATED it. i tried it several times but could not get through the tape. i don't remember why, that was about three years ago, but it could have been due to my "inflexibility"
I don't have that series, but I have another Winsor series, and it's OK. I can't stand one of the girls on my DVD, though, because she's doing these really painful exercises with a huge-ass smile on her face. Other than that, I like it a lot. Mari can be pretty calming.

LOL halleybird! I think I know which girl you're talking about. Is she the one with red hair in the front center?? Her smile reminds me of the Joker from Batman.
On a more serious note, I have the basic Windsor Pilates DVD set and I like it. The first time I did it I was sore in all the places I needed to be sore in.
I have the original set and i like it. I don't do it as much as I should be but I think its a good workout (esp the 60 minute ones - i sweat doing them). I would recommend getting it. If you want to try out just one video first, target carries some of the windsor series dvds individually.
On a side note I tried the first dvd in Carmen Electra's set and I don't recommend it at all.
