No sisters for me, but my mom and I look so much alike that people mistake us for sisters and I've even been mistaken for her and vice versa! (She looooooooooooooves that! )
hah! do i win? ive got the most! i have four sisters, making that five daughters in the family. plus the recently born first grandchild is, of course, a girl! and btw...only one bathroom!
Do you look alike?
i don't think i look anything like the sisters, until recently i was skinny and all the others are all heavier. im also slightly olive complected while the rest are pretty pale. my eyes are also a different color. growing up i was also called the mailman's daughter...which was hysterical (sarcasm here!) because our mailman was a woman. i do look like my mom a little though. my two youngest sisters who are about four years apart could be twins, it's sorta scary actually. on the phone i can't tell them apart too.
Are you close?
i get along with three of the four, lived with one for a couple years. can not stand the oldest at all.
Are you the youngest, oldest, middle?
second oldest. we range in ages from 28 to 18! the youngest is graduating high school which is a sad turn of events...no longer will there be any ****(lastname!) girls at the highschool. our teachers all know us and we were all quite well known. and creepily enough, some of the teachers actually knew my dad and his brothers in school as well!

yes, i have a younger sister. i'm 24, she's 19. we were pretty close when we were little. then when i was in h.s. and then away to college we didn't spend as much time together. recently she moved to chicago to go to college and is only a mile away now. i love having her here and we definitely are making up for lost time. when our schedules permit we have o.c. watching parties, we go shopping, running, etc.. she's the only person that i can shop with because we're both very decisive, and honest. plus, we have the EXACT same taste in shoes (too bad we don't wear the same size). now she just needs to turn 21!
we have the same features (dad's nose, mom's chin) and same mannerisms, but we don't look 100% a like. some people say we look a like, but most everyone just says that they can tell we're sisters from our mannerisms.
so yeah, now that my older brother, younger sister, and i all live within a mile of each other, we get along really well.

No, we don't look alike at all. However, people always no we are sisters because we have the same mannerisms. We especially make the same facial movements and use our hands to talk the same way.
Are you close?
Yes, very. My sister and I have been super close since we were teenagers. She's the best.
Are you the youngest, oldest, middle?
I'm older by two years.
I have to say that it makes me really sad to read about others that don't have close relationships w/ their sisters. I can't even imagine. I hope those of you that are missing your sisters will be able to get them back someday.
I have three sisters! One is my "whole" sister (same parents) and the younger two are my half sisters (and not related to each other at all...sounds like a brain teaser, right?)
Do you look alike?
My sister Cali and I look a LOT alike. She is my half-sister, strangely enough. She's younger and skinnier, and she has much thicker hair, but other than that, she's mini-me. One of my students got us confused the other day. My "whole" sister and I don't really look alike, but we have a very similar voice, body type and mannerisms. I don't really look anything like my youngest sister.
Are you close?
Yes! I couldn't live without any of my sisters. We didn't always get along when I was younger, though.
Are you the youngest, oldest, middle?
Oldest. We are all about 4 years apart.

Yes 2 older sisters one is 23 (ladysi) and the other one is 20
Do you look alike?
They say I look like my 20 yr old sister but I dont see it. And my mom always stops me when I am talking to say, "look! Right there you look just like ladysi!"
I'ne got one sister. She's younger than me. (I'm 24 and she's 22) We look nothing alike! I have olive olive shin and brown hair/eyes and she is fair with curly blond hair and blue eyes. My parents legally adopted her when she turned 18 but she's been with us since she was 6 weeks old. We're technically still related as her birth mother is my dad's cousin. We're not as close as we used to be when we were younger, but I think that's because when we were younger she thought I was really cool but now she knows better
Do you have any sisters? Yes, I have one. She's 17.
Do you look alike? Yes. We have really similar faces, but she's skinny with straight hair and I'm...umm...not skinny with curly hair. Strangely, she looks just like both of my parents but I look nothing like either of them.
Are you close? I don't know how to answer this. Maybe because she's only 17 I don't necessarily share every aspect of my life with her, but I have a much deeper bond with her than anyone else in my life. She and I are extremely similar when you get to know us, but when you don't know us we seem totally different (she's shy, I'm not). I really love my sister and I feel awful for people who are have rough relationships with their sisters. I can't imagine not having her in my life.
Are you the youngest, oldest, middle At 20 I'm the oldest.
Not at all. At my brother's wedding, my sis, bro and I took a picture together. I have it in my home and I can't keep count how many people have asked me who they are... They look a lot alike, but I look nothing like them. It's because they look like my mom (broad-shouldered, round faces, small noses, wide smiles, round eyes and I look a lot like my dad (tall and long limbed, long face and aristocratic type of nose, gray eyes, small mouth, etc.).
Are you close?
I am incredibly close to my sister AND brother. I live halfway across the country and am really the only one in my family to ever go this far afield, but my sister has always been there for me. We are not really anything alike in terms of personality or life goals (she almost never buys clothes for one thing!! EEK!), but I have a tremendous respect for her and the life she lives. She is what I aspire to be in a mother if I ever choose to have children. We talk probably 1-2 times a week and she and her adorable little boys e-mail me frequently and send me cards in the mail.
Are you the youngest, oldest, middle?
I'm the youngest and my sister is the oldest. We got split by a brother. Sister is 5 years older than me and clocks in at 34.
