Blahhhhhhh. I keep tweaking a tendon in my foot and it freakin' kills! No gym for me today. Eh, it's snowing like a b!tch anyway and at least now I don't have to go out in it.

D: Chicken fajitas
E: No gym, but will do abs today at least
I suck at core today. I have no flex points left, but am eating 5 anyway because I was too lazy to come up with any lunch ideas.

L: LC ravioli (4 points), apple

D: not really sure.
Another bad weekend and no weight lost so far (i know i shouldn't weigh everyday but oh well)
B: biscuit with spray butter and 1 cup skim milk (6pts)
L: chicken spagetti and ff pudding (8pts)
D: chicken roll up with 1 cup strawberries (7pts)
E: cardio for 40 minutes. Not sure which one to do.
