scorpions (when i was in costa rica, sleeping at a hotel in the rainforest, i pulled back my sheets and there was a scorpion in my bed....good thing i pulled back the sheets before i started drinking for the night. )
ticks (my relatives live in MN. and we go hiking all the time, and i'm always scared i'm going to miss one when i'm looking for them after the hike).
roaches. (i got soooo creeped out when i saw previews for Joe's Apartment).

without looking at other answers, spider. but I'm sure after i read i'll think of more. I really hate bugs....except rolly polys.
ETA: As a southerner I can't believe there are people that have never seen a roach. If we ever move to another city, I want to know where you girls live cause I hate them too. And trust me, you don't even have to be a gross dirty person to have them here - they migrate inside to find water. I am getting the creeps just thinking about it.

Also, those "greenies" that love the beaches in NJ -- and when they bite, it really hurts! You NJ/coastal girls will know what I'm talking about - I don't know where else they like to fester. If those things have another name, I don't know what it is!
I hate roaches, millipedes, centipedes, and wasps.
The millipedes really creep me out because for awhile in our apartment, I would find once on the walls of our bedroom at least once a week and it was really gross; especially when they get away and you know they're roaming loose. EW
