so i made a HUGE order from BR.  all of my stuff arrived, but the box was a bit beat up.  one of my items was a pair of shoes that were a bit scratched.  no big deal, but still i wanted them to be perfect.  i called CS and told them about the scratched shoes.  i was going to ask for 10% off the shoes because i hate returning things.  they gave me 10% off my whole order !!!  i bought the stuff with a coupon for 15% off, so i really got 25% off my whole order ! 


i know some of you have had crap service from BR, but they have me as a totally loyal shopper.  i love that store.

That is very cool!


I really love them too. The very few times I have had a problem with them they have gone out of their way to fix the problem,
