I tried Yoga out for the 1st time last night. I am soooo sore! But I have to say I loved it!

Do you girls do it? If anyone does it at home, can you recommend a good DVD to get?

I like the ones by Baron Baptiste. I can't remember the titles, but there are a couple of levels. And he explains things well and most important, he isn't annoying. I like him. I call him "MY yoga guy"
