I'm taking it next Saturday. Today I did the Barbri class prep. I plan on studying the Barbri outlines, doing the practice test and if time permits doing Cali exercises. Any other tips or insight?
The Barbri outline is really good. I just read it over a bunch of times and tried to focus on the rules that vary between judges and lawyers. If you know the outline, you will be fine! Good luck and don't stress; it is not bad!
I looked at the BarBri stuff a bit-- probably like 3 hours the night before but I had taken Professional Responsibility already (albeit an hour before). So I didn't really prep all that much, and I did fine. I think that's pretty typical. I thought the questions were a bit difficult, but there's a good curve or something. I wouldn't worry about it.
I agree. Barbri is really good. I'd do the practice questions as much as you can even if you don't have time for an entire practice exam. It just gets you ready to read and read and read all those questions.
