Assuming it's an online picture, right click on the picture (or hold down shift and click of you don't have a right click) and select "copy image location." Then go into your ST post and type [ i m g ]
including the box quote things, without the spaces, then paste the image location in, then type
[ / i m g ] after the image location. And don't put any spaces in between the [img] thing and the image location.
I hope that made sense.

OK for Safari: Right click on picture when the new popup box opens select COPY IMAGE ADDRESS then come back to stylethread and hit the IMG button and take out the first HTTP that show up and then paste it in there...voila your picture should show up! But this is only for pictures that are on other websites, if they are from your computer you will need to load them to photobucket.
For Firefox: everything is the same except select COPY IMAGE LOCATION
I think the most important part is to remember to take out the first HTTP that automatically shows up when you hit the IMG button, then you should be good!

Since you don't have a right click button, hold down "Control" and then click on the image. That is the equivalent of a right click.
