Monique Lhuillier

romona kaveza.  the one i tried on didn't have the silver under the bust.

melissa sweet.

the fourth one is on verawang.com

click bridal

click vera wang collection

it's #20 of 22.

i never thought i could wear a vera wang dress simply because i thought they were a million dollars, but nope !  i can afford this one !

i also never thought that this style of dress would look good on me.  i'm a bit jennifer lopez ish.  but honestly, i thought it flattered me the most of all of them.

lurve!

i really liked that Melissa Sweet gown when i was looking myself, but of these four, i'm digging the R Keveza and the Vera, but i actually think the Keveza is my fave.  something about it is so glam.

what's the vibe (where/when/etc.) of your wedding again?  time of day, inside/outside?

tell me about the melissa sweet dress and why you didn't get it or why you lurved it.  it's down to those 4, but the vw and the rk are leading in my mind too.

tara - i really like the melissa sweet dress, but i didn't love it (or the sheath style in general) on me, and i wanted something with a fuller skirt...anyway, the MS dress just wasn't "it" for me and my wedding.  but it's still gorgeous.

and let me know if you need more pics or info on the cake.

I love the Melissa Sweet dress - the lace looks incredible.  A close second is the Vera Wang.

Love the Melissa Sweet dress!  A very close second is the Vera Wang, and also really like the Monique Lhuillier dress.  I can't wait to see which one you pick.  Oh, wait, will any of these work with the shoes you're lusting after?

I think I picture them the most with this dress:

NMOS6_X6708

And probably the Vera gown, but not the Melissa Sweet one.  You'd have to have different shoes with it, at least in my opinion

i think my first choice is the melissa sweet dress - a friend of mine actually wore that dress and it looked amaaaaazing on her.

my second choice is the vera wang dress - i love the look of the sash (i also had a sash thing on my wedding dress) and i think it looks flattering on almost any shape. and i think you could absolutely wear those beautiful shoes with the vera wang dress!

Noooooo! Tara, that third dress is mine! It's been mine for months now! But since I'm only 20 and not yet engaged, I suppose you can keep it as an option. Just know that Jen will be wearing that same dress (hopefully) 5-6 years from now!

Looooove that dress! I even looked it up and there is a boutique that sells that brand in Ann Arbor, right near where I go to school.  And, I've played with the idea of dying it after the wedding. If it were black or another color wouldn't it make a fab evening gown? I'm a bridezilla already! Hey, are we the same size? Maybe you can just pass it down to me...

i love the vera wang the best. if it fits you the best too...then maybe it's the gown! can you get the sash in different colors? to match the colors of your bridesmaids or flowers or would that look silly?

the color of that sash is a champagne color, and my BM's are wearing chocolate brown, so i think that will look pretty good. :)

Here is your Vera dress, I think it would look fantastic with brown bridesmaid dresses!

My sister taught me a trick if you have a mac to hit shift, the apple key and 4 and it will let you copy the pic for flash sites. HTH! Beautiful dress!
