my name is Bex and today I am a grazer. usually, i don't eat any lunch... this was today (so far)
b: raisins, english muffin, eggs, water
s: grande caramel macchiato non fat
l: lots a fruit- strawberries, blueberries, honeydew, cantaloupe, grapes and water
s: organic chai yogurt
d: future bro-in-law's birthday dinner tonight. not good. i ended up having a hardboiled egg, a spoon full of noodles and a chicken leg that i cut all skin off of. water to drink. now i am starved b/c they didn't have any diet friendly food. grrrr.
i. need. to. stop. eating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gah!
d: w/w pita filled with (cut up) Morning Star parmesan ranch patty, romaine lettuce, 1/2 a tomato, 1/8 cup 2% cheese, and f/f ranch
s: alright, i suck, i posted this and was going to stick to it and then went and had a square of chocolate with almonds.. oops!
s: fruit smoothie- 1 cup skim, 1/2 cup f/f vanilla yogurt, 1 banana, frozen strawberries
e: kathy smith "lift weights to lose weight"upper and lower body and abs- I have really only been doing cardio lately and it's sad how hard this was! im weak!!!!
