All of a sudden i have problem hair. When i wash it, it's a dangled mess. I can barely get through the tangles to shampoo it. Then i have to try and detangle it post wash and i notice i have tons of breakage and split ends in the front.
I need a moisturizing yet volume building shampoo for baby fine colored hair. I also need a heat protecting spray for my flat iron and i need a very light weight mousse or spray to give me a little volume when i blow dry my hair. Maybe a good leave in conditioner/detangler that i can rub in post-wash.
I really do not mind spending money on salon products if you feel they work.
i really like amplify by matrix. they have a root spray, mousse, shampoo and conditioner that all work really well.
also i like to use this spray i get at target by loreal proffessional. it is a volumizing conditioning spray. it is $12.99 for a small bottle, but is makes such a huge difference. you can't even feel it in your hair. i am not sure where else you can find it.
kms reconstructing treatment is great for a once a week moisture boost and to help mend dead split ends. and is smells amazing.
if your hair is blonde, i would recomend john frieda's dream cream for when your hair is dry and your ends are looking frazzled. just rub a little into the ends and it is and instant improvement.
i love thermasilk's leave in conditioning spray. and v05 makes a miracle mist that protects your hair from styling damage and also helps hold your style and i love that as well.
It may be too late if you've already bought some stuff, but I used to have the same problem. I now have a strict hair regimen and it seems to have solved all of my problems. I first shampoo with Biolage Color Care shampoo and follow it with the matching conditioner. When I get out of the shower, I use a spray in heat protector (thermasilk). Then I follow with something I found on amazon, it's called Keratin Hair Coating Essence. It's a serum and it really smooths out the hair. THEN, I use Aveda Hang Straight and blow dry my hair. Next, when I use the flat iron, I spray in Matrix Flat Iron Heat Protector. Then, to give my roots a little lift, I finish with Aveda Sap Moss Styling spray. This stuff is AWESOME, a little bit goes a long way and it really stays.
Also, I would try using a wide tooth comb in the shower when you put your conditioner in. HTH!
Anything by Biosilk I love-very glossy and lightweight. Matrix makes a color protection line with UV filters, theyre pretty good too-thats what I use at the shop. Biolage maxes an ammmmaaaaazzzing moisturizing balm, its in a tub, and its called Ultra hydrating-I fried my poor hair going from very dark brown to blonde, and this helped with the flyaway ends, stickiness from the damage, and restored my hair.
Biolage also makes little treatment packets based on your hair needs that you can use at home.
hope this helps!
